A massage chair can fit perfectly in the final room and still create a delivery problem. The safest approach is to measure the complete route from the delivery point to the final position before ordering.
Start at the delivery point
Confirm where the carrier is expected to leave the product and whether additional handling services are available for the specific order. Delivery arrangements can vary by model and destination.
Measure the narrowest doorway
Measure the clear opening, not just the nominal door size. Handles, trim and the door itself can reduce the usable width.
Check hallway turns
A long packaged chair may pass through a doorway but still struggle at a tight 90-degree turn. Measure corridor width and the available turning area.
Check stairs and lifts
For upper floors, measure stair width, landings, ceiling clearance and lift door/cabin dimensions. Product weight also matters when stairs are involved.
Use package dimensions for the delivery route
Where package dimensions are published, use them when checking access. The FlexiZen V10 lists a package size of 132 × 75 × 114 cm, while the OmniSense 4D lists 180 × 110 × 80 cm.
Do not forget the final operating space
Once the chair reaches the room, it still needs enough space to recline and operate. Package dimensions and final operating clearance are two separate checks.
Plan for the product weight
Published weight can affect handling. The FlexiZen V10 is listed at 80 kg. The OmniSense lists a 150 kg gross packaged weight. If access is difficult, confirm the handling plan before dispatch.
Confirm delivery terms before ordering
If you need a specific level of delivery service, ask us to confirm the available arrangement for the chair and destination before placing the order.
