Warranty Information — SimWellness

Manufacturer-backed warranties

Most products sold through SimWellness are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty length, covered components, labor coverage, exclusions and claim procedures vary by brand and product.

What to check before you buy

Review the warranty information on the product page and any manufacturer documentation provided with the product. If warranty coverage is important to your decision and the details are not clear, contact us before ordering and we will help confirm the current manufacturer terms.

What warranties commonly cover

Depending on the product and manufacturer, coverage may apply to defects in materials or workmanship and may include specific components such as controls, heaters, pumps, refrigeration systems, motors, frames, electronics or upholstery.

This is only a general description. The written manufacturer warranty for your exact product controls.

What may not be covered

Manufacturer warranties commonly exclude issues caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, incorrect electrical or plumbing connections, lack of required maintenance, cosmetic wear, commercial use where the product is residential-only, environmental conditions outside the manufacturer's requirements or damage occurring after delivery.

Installation matters

Some warranties require installation to follow the manufacturer's instructions and applicable electrical, plumbing or building requirements. Keep invoices and installation records where relevant.

How to start a warranty claim

Contact SimWellness with your order number, product model or serial number, a description of the issue and clear photos or video where useful. We will help identify the correct manufacturer process and documentation.

Depending on the manufacturer, troubleshooting may be required before a replacement part, service visit or other remedy is approved.

Shipping damage is different from warranty

Damage that occurs in transit is normally handled as a freight or carrier claim rather than a warranty claim. Report shipping damage as soon as possible and keep the original packaging while the issue is being reviewed.
