Frequently Asked Questions
What are the Swing Optix cameras and are they included? +
Yes — two Swing Optix high-speed cameras are packaged with every EYE XO (shipped separately). They capture high-speed video of your swing from multiple angles, synced with your shot data in VIEW and Ignite software. Note: Swing Optix requires 16GB RAM in your PC.
What is Ignite software? +
Ignite is Uneekor's replay software — it shows instant video of ball spin and club path at the moment of impact, overlaid on your shot data. It's included with the EYE XO and is not available on lower-tier Uneekor units.
Does it work with GSPro or E6 Connect out of the box? +
Not immediately. The included Player Package gives VIEW access only. A 3-month Ultimate trial is included, giving full third-party software access during that period. After the trial, a Pro Package ($199/yr) or higher is required. GSPro and E6 Connect are also sold separately by their respective providers.
How does the EYE XO differ from the EYE MINI? +
The EYE XO has 3,000+ FPS cameras (vs 180 FPS in the MINI), 11 club metrics (vs 4), 12 ball metrics (vs 7), two Swing Optix cameras included, and Ignite replay software. The EYE MINI doesn't include swing cameras or Ignite. The EYE XO is the serious data step-up.
What's the minimum ceiling height? +
9 feet is the absolute minimum. Ideally 9–10 feet above the hitting surface, mounted 3.5 feet in front of the tee position. The mounting bracket with leveler is included. The EYE XO can also be mounted to a Carl's Place Pro Enclosure frame instead of the ceiling.
Does it require special balls? +
No — the EYE XO tracks all ball data using any standard golf ball. For club data (11 metrics), you apply the included reflective dot stickers to your club face. 400 stickers are included in the box.
Does it work on Mac? +
No. The EYE XO requires Windows 10 (64-bit, version 1803+) and an Ethernet port. It is not compatible with macOS, iOS, or Android. If you need Mac compatibility, consider the Garmin R50.
What are the minimum PC requirements? +
Minimum: Intel i5 8400, 8GB RAM (16GB required for Swing Optix), Nvidia GTX 1060 or AMD Ryzen 3600X+, Windows 10 (64-bit) version 1803+, integrated Ethernet port. AMD 2700 is not compatible.
