What's the difference between the EYE XO and the EYE XO2? +
Three key upgrades: (1) A third infrared camera, which expands the hitting area and improves data accuracy. (2) A much larger hitting area — 28"×21" vs 12"×15.5" on the EYE XO. (3) Flexible lie zones (tee, fairway, rough, bunker) that adjust ball metrics based on your simulated lie. The XO2 is also physically wider at 36.3" vs 31". Both include two Swing Optix cameras.
Can left and right-handed players use it at the same time? +
Yes. The expanded 28"×21" hitting area is specifically designed to accommodate both left and right-handed golfers simultaneously without re-positioning the unit — a key advantage for family setups and commercial bays.
What are the flexible hitting zones? +
Within Uneekor VIEW software, you can configure the hitting position as Tee, Fairway, Rough, or Bunker. When you hit from rough or bunker, the software factors in the lie when calculating your ball metrics — making your indoor practice more realistic to on-course play.
Are the Swing Optix cameras included? +
Yes — two Swing Optix high-speed cameras are packaged with every EYE XO2 (shipped separately). They capture multi-angle swing video synced with your shot data. Note: Swing Optix requires 16GB RAM in your PC.
Does it work with GSPro or E6 Connect out of the box? +
Not immediately. The included Player Package gives VIEW access only. A 3-month Ultimate trial is included with purchase, giving full third-party software access during that period. After the trial, a Pro Package ($199/yr) or higher is required.
What is the minimum ceiling height? +
9 feet is the absolute minimum. Ideally 9–10 feet above the hitting surface, with the unit positioned 3.5 feet in front of the tee. The EYE XO2 is 36.3" wide — 5 inches wider than the EYE XO — so confirm your ceiling or enclosure frame can fit it before ordering.
Does it work on Mac? +
No. The EYE XO2 requires Windows 10 (64-bit, version 1803+) and an Ethernet port. Not compatible with macOS or iOS. If you need Mac compatibility, consider the Garmin R50.
What PC do I need? +
