Does the NVISAGE N1 require special balls? +
Yes. The N1 uses marked balls exclusively for accurate spin measurement. 12 high-quality marked balls are included with every unit. Additional balls are available from NVISAGE.
Does it work on Mac or iPad? +
No. The NVISAGE N1 is only compatible with Windows 10 (64-bit). It is not compatible with macOS, iOS, or Android. If you need Mac compatibility, consider the Garmin R50 instead.
How is the NVISAGE N1 mounted? +
The N1 mounts overhead — 9–10 feet above your hitting surface and 2 feet in front of the tee. It connects via Ethernet cable (included) to your PC. An optional mounting bracket for Carl's Place Pro Enclosures is available as a separate add-on.
What software does it come with? +
The N1 does not include software — it is compatible with GSPro and E6 Connect, which are purchased separately. Both require Windows PCs and annual license fees. More software compatibility is expected in future updates.
How does the N1 compare to the Uneekor EYE XO2? +
Both are overhead-mounted camera-based systems. The Uneekor EYE XO2 tracks more metrics (including club data) and has broader software compatibility. The NVISAGE N1 is more affordable and designed as a focused entry into overhead-mount simulation. If club path data is essential, the EYE XO2 is the stronger choice.
Is a subscription required? +
The N1 hardware requires no ongoing subscription. However, the golf simulation software (GSPro, E6 Connect) has its own separate annual license costs.
What are the minimum PC requirements? +
Minimum: Intel i5 8400 processor, 8GB RAM, GeForce GTX 1060 (or AMD Ryzen 3600X / AMD 3rd gen+), Windows 10 64-bit version 1803 or higher, and an Ethernet port. AMD 2700 is NOT compatible. We recommend confirming specs with the software you intend to use.
Does it work outdoors? +
The NVISAGE N1 is designed for indoor use with a fixed overhead mount. It requires an Ethernet connection to a PC, making outdoor use impractical.
