A few practical things worth checking.
How does delivery work?
Delivery depends on the product and supplier. Larger items usually arrive by freight, so it is worth checking access, clearances and the route into your property before you order.
What should I check before buying?
Start with the basics: product dimensions, doorways and stairs, ceiling height where relevant, power requirements and the route the item will take on delivery day.
What is covered by warranty?
Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Check the Warranty tab on the product page for the terms that apply to the item you are viewing.
Can I return it?
Returns vary by supplier and by whether the item is made to order, configured or used. Check the Returns tab before ordering, and ask us if anything is unclear.
What if I am not sure this is the right product?
Use the fit check below. Send us the room dimensions, access details and any questions you have, and we’ll help you check the practical side before you decide.
