In-stock orders typically dispatch within 48 hours after payment and usually arrive in approximately 5–8 days depending on destination. Shipping outside the contiguous U.S. is handled case by case.

Eligible Dreampod products have a 30-day return window from delivery when unused and returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
