Delivery depends on the product and destination. Larger items usually arrive by freight, so it is worth checking access, clearances and the route into your property before you order.
What should I check before buying?
Start with the basics: product dimensions, doorways and stairs, ceiling height where relevant, power requirements and the route the item will take on delivery day.
What is covered by warranty?
Warranty terms vary by product. Check the Warranty tab on the product page for the terms that apply to the item you are viewing.
Can I return it?
Returns vary by product and by whether the item is made to order, configured or used. Check the Returns tab before ordering, and ask SimWellness if anything is unclear.
What if I am not sure this is the right product?
