Warranty
WaterWerks states that it offers a five-year limited manufacturer warranty to the original domestic purchaser from the original invoice date for eligible defects in WaterWerks-manufactured parts. The manufacturer may repair or replace covered parts at its discretion. Labour, improper installation or maintenance, unauthorised alterations and some third-party components are not covered under the same terms. Contact SimWellness with your order number, model and photos or video, and we will coordinate the claim. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
FREE UNITED STATES FREIGHT SHIPPING
SimWellness includes standard freight delivery and routine crating/handling within the product price for delivery addresses in the United States. There is no standard shipping charge at checkout for this product. We will coordinate the carrier and delivery appointment. Installation, wet-room construction, plumbing, inside placement, white-glove service or unusual site-access work are not included; any requested additional service must be separately agreed before payment. WaterWerks gives a typical supplier lead time of approximately 1–5 weeks after payment, subject to production and availability. Confirm site access, water supply and drainage before ordering.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
