Delivery
Standard delivery terms vary by product and destination.
The available delivery method and any applicable shipping, special-access, remote-location, inside-delivery, installation or white-glove charge will be shown or confirmed by SimWellness before the order is released.
Check access, clearances and any utility requirements before ordering. If you are unsure, send us the details and we’ll help you check.
Warranty
WaterWerks states that it offers a five-year limited manufacturer warranty to the original domestic purchaser from the original invoice date for eligible defects in WaterWerks-manufactured parts. The manufacturer may repair or replace covered parts at its discretion. Labour, improper installation or maintenance, unauthorised alterations and some third-party components are not covered under the same terms. Contact SimWellness with your order number, model and photos or video, and we will coordinate the claim. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
FREE UNITED STATES FREIGHT SHIPPING
SimWellness includes standard freight delivery and routine crating/handling within the product price for delivery addresses in the United States. There is no standard shipping charge at checkout for this product. We will coordinate the carrier and delivery appointment. Installation, wet-room construction, plumbing, inside placement, white-glove service or unusual site-access work are not included; any requested additional service must be separately agreed before payment. WaterWerks gives a typical supplier lead time of approximately 1–5 weeks after payment, subject to production and availability. Confirm site access, water supply and drainage before ordering.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
This is specialist commercial spa equipment. Return and cancellation eligibility may depend on order configuration and production status. Contact SimWellness before purchase for the applicable written terms. Where goods are damaged, faulty or not as described, applicable legal remedies are not limited by special-order terms.

We’d rather help you check the practical details before you order. If you are unsure about dimensions, access or power, send them over.
A few practical things worth checking.
How does delivery work?
Delivery depends on the product and destination. Larger items usually arrive by freight, so it is worth checking access, clearances and the route into your property before you order.
What should I check before buying?
Start with the basics: product dimensions, doorways and stairs, ceiling height where relevant, power requirements and the route the item will take on delivery day.
What is covered by warranty?
Warranty terms vary by product. Check the Warranty tab on the product page for the terms that apply to the item you are viewing.
Can I return it?
Returns vary by product and by whether the item is made to order, configured or used. Check the Returns tab before ordering, and ask SimWellness if anything is unclear.
What if I am not sure this is the right product?
Use the fit check below. Send us the room dimensions, access details and any questions you have, and we’ll help you check the practical side before you decide.
