Delivery
Built to order. Current production estimate is 16–18 weeks after the required project deposit; the schedule, freight, unloading, assembly requirements and delivery scope are confirmed in your project quote. Transit time is additional.
Warranty
The Signature range advertises a 20-year cabinet warranty, subject to its written terms and specified application. Coverage for locks, electronics and optional components is confirmed separately before ordering.
Returns
Made-to-order project terms, including changes, cancellation and returns, are confirmed in writing before an order is accepted.

Is this supplied assembled?
Signature lockers use disassembled (KD) construction. Assembly requirements and the agreed delivery scope are confirmed in your quotation.
Can I request benches or towel storage?
Yes. You can include compatible benches, towel-drop units, cubbies and finishing panels in the project enquiry. These are optional unless listed in your final quote.
Are all size and finish combinations available?
The pages show published size choices. We check the specific tier layout, dimensions, finish and hardware together before confirming a build.
What information should I send for a quote?
Send your approximate quantity, delivery ZIP and preferred layout. Room measurements, a floor plan or photographs help us confirm the configuration. Current projects must exceed 15 units; we confirm how the chosen columns and compartments are counted.
