Warranty
Valgard Works provides a one-year limited manufacturer warranty from delivery to the original purchaser. It covers eligible defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended residential or commercial use. Depending on the claim, the manufacturer may repair the item, supply parts or replace it.
The warranty generally excludes normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, incorrect installation or maintenance, unauthorised modifications, unsuitable electrical or plumbing connections, environmental damage and commercial use outside the product's specifications.
To request warranty support, contact SimWellness with your order number, the issue and photos or video where possible. We will coordinate your claim with Valgard Works. Manufacturer warranty coverage does not replace your rights under applicable law.
Returns and cancellations | Valgard Works products
These are specialist wellness products. Some configurations are made or ordered specifically for the customer. For a change-of-mind cancellation, contact SimWellness within 48 hours of ordering. Valgard's supplier policy allows a full refund for eligible cancellations made within that window. Once an order has entered production, or after the initial window, cancellation may no longer be possible.
For eligible, non-custom products, an approved change-of-mind return must generally be requested within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, uninstalled and in like-new condition, with original packaging and all components. Custom, special-order and made-to-order items that have entered production are generally not returnable for change of mind. Written return authorisation is required before shipping an item back.
Approved change-of-mind returns may carry a 25% restocking fee and return freight or packaging charges under the manufacturer's policy. SimWellness will confirm the applicable conditions and any charge before issuing return instructions. These restrictions do not limit rights or remedies for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods under applicable law.
Delivery damage
Inspect freight deliveries promptly, note visible carrier damage when possible, keep the packaging and send photos to SimWellness. Valgard requests damage reports within five business days to help resolve freight claims. Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem; this reporting request does not remove your statutory rights.
