A few practical things worth checking.
Can I use the arms and legs independently?
Yes. The PhysioMax has independent upper and lower body motion, so you can exercise the arms, legs or both together, in forward or reverse.
Does the seat remove for wheelchair access?
Yes. The seat can be removed from the rail for wheelchair access. Wheelchair ramps are included only when that configuration is selected.
Are adjustable lower cranks included as standard?
No. Standard upper-body cranks are adjustable. Adjustable lower-body cranks are included only in the configurations named with adjustable lower cranks.
Which configuration includes both armrests and adjustable lower cranks?
Choose Armrests + adjustable lower cranks. The other package choices are separate configurations and do not combine automatically.
How should I plan delivery and setup?
Check the final room, doorways, hallway turns and the route from the delivery point to the equipment location. Contact SimWellness to confirm freight service, any unloading or inside-delivery arrangements and the current delivery estimate before ordering.
What warranty is included?
The listed coverage is lifetime on the main frame, three years on parts and one year on labor, subject to the written warranty terms. Contact SimWellness for service assistance.
