Allow space for the chamber, external equipment, entry and servicing. Use the model-specific manual and packed dimensions when planning access and electrical requirements.
Check access, clearances and any utility requirements . If you are unsure, send us the details and we’ll help you check.
Warranty
MACY-PAN provides a one-year supplier warranty and remote technical support. Shipping of warranty-covered replacement parts is included; on-site labor and travel depend on the service scope.
Returns
Cancellation, return and delivery-damage terms must be agreed in writing before ordering. Contact SimWellness before arranging any return; no standard return window has been confirmed by the supplier.
We’d rather help you check the practical details . If you are unsure about dimensions, access or power, send them over.
A few practical things worth checking.
How does delivery work?
Delivery depends on the product and destination. Larger items usually arrive by freight, so it is worth checking access, clearances and the route into your property.
What room and delivery details matter?
Start with the basics: product dimensions, doorways and stairs, ceiling height where relevant, power requirements and the route the item will take on delivery day.
What is covered by warranty?
Warranty terms vary by product. Check the Warranty tab on the product page for the terms that apply to the item you are viewing.
Can I return it?
Returns vary by product and by whether the item is made to order, configured or used. Check the Returns tab, and ask SimWellness if anything is unclear.
What if I am not sure this is the right product?
Use the fit check below. Send us the room dimensions, access details and any questions you have, and we’ll help you check the practical side before you decide.
