Shipping & Delivery Policy

US Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

US Standard	5-8 business days	Free
US Large Items (Enclosures, Packages)	7-14 business days	Free

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking

All orders are fully tracked and insured. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Large Item Delivery

Golf simulator enclosures, complete packages, and other large items are delivered via specialist courier. You will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery date. Someone must be present to accept delivery.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours at info@simgolfer.com with your order number and photos.
