This website is operated by SimGolfer. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to SimGolfer. SimGolfer offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependants to use this site. You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

Products & Pricing

Prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) for UK customers and US Dollars (USD) for US customers, inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order placement will be honoured.

We have made every effort to display product colours and images accurately. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Product specifications are provided by manufacturers and may be updated without notice.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. For orders over £1,000 / $1,250, 0% finance options may be available — see product pages for details.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never store your full card details.

Installation Services

Professional installation services are available across the UK and contiguous United States, subject to availability and geographic coverage. Installation appointments are scheduled after equipment delivery. SimGolfer is not responsible for any structural modifications required to your property to accommodate simulator equipment. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the installation space meets the minimum requirements specified on the product page.

Warranty

All products sold by SimGolfer carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty claims should be directed to SimGolfer and we will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation (unless installed by our team), or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

SimGolfer shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damage arising from the use of any product purchased from our store, including but not limited to damage to property caused by golf balls or simulator equipment. Users are responsible for ensuring adequate space and safety measures are in place.

Governing Law

For UK customers, these Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. For US customers, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
