The Optoma ZH350 is rated at 30,000 hours of laser light source life. At 4 hours of use per day, this equates to over 20 years before reaching the rated lifespan — making it one of the most maintenance-free projectors in this category.

Yes. The ZH350 delivers 3,500 lumens of 1080p Full HD laser brightness in a short-throw form factor. Its compact design and short-throw distance make it well suited to simulator bays with limited room depth, and the bright laser output performs well in partially lit rooms.

The ZH350 includes HDMI inputs for connection to your simulator PC. It supports standard 1080p display signals and is compatible with all major simulator software platforms. Refer to the full spec sheet for additional I/O options.

Laser projectors generate heat and require adequate ventilation clearance. Follow Optoma's installation guidelines for minimum clearance around the unit. In enclosed ceiling mounts, ensure airflow is not restricted.

Both Optoma and BenQ offer excellent 1080p laser short-throw projectors for simulators. The ZH350's 30,000-hour lifespan exceeds most BenQ equivalents. The best choice depends on your specific throw distance and room setup — call us at +1 (424) 600 9901 for a comparison.
