No. The NEO-E tracks ball data using any standard golf ball — no markings or stickers required. Club stickers are included in the box if you want full club data (club speed, path, attack angle, face angle, etc.).

Yes. The NEO-E carries an IP65 rating, making it water and dust resistant for outdoor use. An outdoor stand is included in the box. Note: you'll still need a Windows PC nearby to run the software.

Murlie software is included at no extra cost. It features 4 training modes (Shot Analysis, Driving Range, Putting, Record), 4 player profiles, and personalised shot records — no subscription needed. The NEO-E is also compatible with GSPro and E6 Connect, which are sold separately.

The NEO-E is ground-mounted — no ceiling installation required. It sits beside the tee on its included outdoor stand. This makes it a flexible choice for rented spaces, garages, or anyone who can't (or doesn't want to) mount hardware overhead.

No subscription is required for the NEO-E hardware or the included Murlie software. If you choose to use GSPro or E6 Connect, those software platforms have their own annual license fees.

The N1 is an overhead-mounted unit with dual 2,000 FPS cameras that requires marked balls. The NEO-E is ground-mounted with a triple-camera system, uses standard balls, includes Murlie software, and is IP65-rated for outdoor use. The NEO-E is better suited to flexible setups; the N1 suits permanent sim rooms where a clean overhead installation is preferred.

Minimum: 64-bit Windows 11, 10th Generation Intel i7 or greater, 16GB RAM, Nvidia GeForce RTX 30 series or greater, and at least 50GB of available storage. The NEO-E has higher PC requirements than most other launch monitors — confirm your machine meets the spec before purchasing.
